The gourmet address at the Ritz-Carlton: the renowned New York Rockwell Group, one of the best architecture firms in the city, designed spacious rooms for 140 guests for the two Michelin-starred chef José Andrés.
In keeping with the Mediterranean cuisine, bright, warm bronze elements, white-colored oak wood and textiles in radiant shades of blue are combined. Curves and waves are also reminiscent of the sea – while the backlit circles behind the bar are inspired by amulets against the evil eye – Greece’s magical “Kako Mati”.
The Rockwell Group’s graphic designers developed Mediterranean harvest motifs for the textile lampshades, which were implemented by hand by The Alpha Workshops
