Claudio Sadler has been active in Milan’s gastronomic scene for 30 years. At the Hotel Casa Baglioni, the Michelin-starred chef has found another home with his restaurant Sadler. The restaurant is furnished with bespoke designs, all of which were created by Spagnulo & Partners.
The influence of the 1960s runs through the entire interior – from the choice of typical materials such as walnut and the fabrics of the upholstered furniture to the wooden parquet floors and terrazzo. The geometric pattern of the restaurant floor and the color combination of yellow and grey hark back to the shapes and colors of the 1960s master Gio Ponti.
In 2024, the creative Italian cuisine at Sadler was awarded a Michelin star
