Renate and Hubert Oberlader have been inviting guests seeking relaxation to their charming mountain village of Priesteregg since 2009. The exclusive resort belongs to the village of Leogang and is located far away from the tourist hustle and bustle on an idyllic high plateau with panoramic views of the Leoganger Steinberge, the Steinerne Meer, the Leogang Valley and the Kitzbühel Slate Alps.
With its 16 chalets, the central square and the Huwis Alm inn, the resort really does have the feel of a rustic mountain village. Outside, natural materials such as stone and old wood radiate Alpine authenticity, while inside, untreated wooden furniture, tiled stoves and open fireplaces as well as traditional woodwork and wrought ironwork create a rustic, cozy ambience. Particularly relaxing: the bedrooms are completely paneled with Swiss stone pine, the scent of which ensures a deep, restful sleep.
For its tenth anniversary in 2019, the resort was expanded to include the Priesteregg Bad with saunas, relaxation islands, massage rooms and a year-round heated outdoor infinity pool as well as the Villa Etaner and the Wilderer Villa.
With maximum privacy, three elegant lakeside chalets with their own bathing bay, panoramic sauna, hot tub and a wood-heated outdoor bathtub will open in 2024. The existing mountain chalets have been enlarged to 150 square meters and equipped with custom-made craftsmanship, full-length glass windows and stylish interiors. Up to two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen-living room with designer stove and dining table, a wellness bathroom and a roof terrace create a wonderful retreat.
Villa Wossa – an ensemble consisting of an exclusive chalet, a small lake house and a huge natural pond with an integrated infinity pool – has been inviting guests to relax since 2022.
