The word “Niekhu” comes from the North-Samian language and means “dream”. And indeed there is a lot to dream about at the Niehku Mountain Villa: The surrounding landscape alone, 200 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle, is magical and offers stunning natural experiences both in the winter and the summer.
The 14 double rooms also offer sweet dreams: Stylish and cozy at the same time, they are the perfect place to enjoy rest and relaxation. Natural materials and colors mark the atmosphere of the rooms, whereby the interior designers were also inspired by the culture and tradition of the Samian original natives.
In 2019, the high end lodge won the renowned Prix Versailles for the best hotel interior
