Denisa Vikartovska and her husband Niklas Friedl became known in the gastro scene with their liqueur “ingwerer”. Now the two francophile foodies opened a restaurant that celebrates the bistro culture.

In the Ma Belle in the Gumpendorfer Straße one eats and drinks like ‘God in France’. Hungarian designer Tímea Nagy of Fantidor Design was responsible to create the matching ambience.

The rich wall and furniture colors radiate joie de vivre, the tables of massive oak, bronze colored lamps as well the linear, multifunctional light installation above the bar assure contrast.

An electric fireplace in the back of the restaurant assures a relaxing atmosphere.

The further you move inside, the lighter the colors become. This way, the atmosphere stays friendly even with less light.
