First opened in 1993 in a former 15th century monastery, the Four Seasons Hotel Milano closed for six months in the early 2020s to undergo a thorough renovation.

One of the city’s most famous faces, Patricia Urquiola from Milan, was hired for the restyling. In the lobby, neutral and bright colors now play
colors now play with the original frescoes and historical elements of the former monastery, while the walls have been decorated with bronze inserts and mirrors.

Fabrics and screens create a subdued and elegant atmosphere in which numerous furniture classics from the country’s major design brands can fully unfold their radiance.

The former Camino fireplace room is now a lounge with a wine cellar, where sommelier Lorenza Panzera pours fine wines to DJ beats
