The iconic Cap d’Antibes Beach Hotel is opening a new chapter in its history after being completely redesigned in 2024. The 5-star boutique hotel with 35 rooms, private beach, two restaurants and an all-day bar is an address dedicated to the joy of living.
The Beach Hotel was redesigned by Bernard Dubois. As a free spirit, he freed himself from the codes of architecture to adapt to the location. Classic, modernist, post-modern – he plays with the different trends.
For the renovation of the hotel, Dubois returned to the structure of the building. He created a very simple geometric construction with clear lines and curves that resembles the houses in Palm Spring in California. Plaster meets light-colored granite.
The floors made of quarried stone, known as casson, are reminiscent of Mediterranean villas. It is a mineral building that faces outwards. The brown wood furniture is inviting and warm. Embedded in nature, the building plays with the sunlight.
The rooms on the garden floor have a small private garden where you can sit outside like in a living room.
